NIPCO's Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 and will be conducted, virtually.
Please register, below, to receive a meeting invitation that will include access information to connect to the meeting, which will be held via the Microsoft Teams Live Event platform.
The virtual meeting will begin at 9:00 am and will conclude by 11:00 am. In lieu of annual meeting gifts, NIPCO will be making donations to area food banks. More details will be shared during the annual meeting.
To ensure that you will receive a copy of the 2020 NIPCO Annual Report and Financials prior to the April 6 meeting, please register by March 30. Any registrations received after this date cannot guarantee delivery of the NIPCO Annual Report and 2020 Financials by April 6.
