Congratulations to NIPCO Employees Who Will Celebrate 2020 Graduates

Several NIPCO employees will be celebrating the 2020 graduations of their children. NIPCO passes along its heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to each of them.

Our seniors include...

Evan Berkenpas will graduate from Le Mars Community High School. Evan is the son of NIPCO Crew Forman Tom Berkenpas and his wife Michele. Evan will attend Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa, in the fall and plans to earn a degree in Electrical Technology.

Jaelyn Dreckman will graduate from Le Mars Community High School. Jaelyn is the step-daughter of Accounting Services Manager Lisa Ludwigs and husband Kory. Jaelyn will attend Iowa State University in Ames this fall with plans to major in Business Management.

Benjamin Nemmers is the son of Senior Accountant Doug Nemmers and wife Rita. Benjamin will graduate from Iowa Connections Academy and plans to attend Northwestern College in Orange City. Benjamin will focus his studies on pre-medicine.

Eric Spieler, son of NIPCO Chief Information Officer Steve Spieler and wife Denise will graduate from Le Mars Community High School. Eric plans to attend South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD, and earn a degree in Agriculture Systems Technology.

Ethan Tyler will graduate from MOC-Floyd Valley High School. Ethan is the son of Control Center Operator Adam Tyler and his wife, Billie. Ethan plans to attend Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge in the fall where he will play baseball while pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

William Ver Mulm will graduate from Unity Christian High School. Will is the son of Vice President of Engineering & Operations Steve Ver Mulm and wife, Kathy. Will plans to attend Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, in the fall and will study Accounting and Business Administration.

Paige Washburn will celebrate her high school graduation from Le Mars Community High School as a class valedictorian. Paige is the daughter of Executive Vice President and General Manager Matt Washburn and his wife, Courtney. Paige plans to attend the University of Iowa in Iowa City where she plans to major in biology and pre-dentistry.
