Engineering Technician

Join Our Team as an Engineering Technician at Northwest Iowa Power Cooperative!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting the electric utility industry? Northwest Iowa Power Cooperative (NIPCO) is seeking an Engineering Technician to support our Engineering and Operations Department

 

What You'll Do:

• Support billing and metering activities

• Assist with AutoCAD, GIS, and data management

• Support engineering records, drawings, and field data collection

• Assist with regulatory reporting, compliance documentation, and safety initiatives

• Help with rebate programs, compliance, and safety initiatives
   

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required

• Technical degree or related experience preferred

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Ability to learn utility software, AutoCAD, and GIS

• Valid driver's license
