2026 NIPCO

Scholarship Program

Submission Requirements

Applicants must be:

1 – The child of a NIPCO Class A Member Cooperative employee or child of a NIPCO employee who has completed one year of service by March 1, 2026.
2 – A student enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time post-graduate or undergraduate course of study at an accredited, two-year or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school in the fall of 2026. 

To Apply

1 – Complete the NIPCO Scholarship Program Application (attach additional sheets if necessary).
2 – Include your most recent academic transcript (high school, college, university or trade school). CURRENT
COLLEGE FRESHMEN – Judges will require more than one semester or quarter of grades. If this applies to you, submit your high school transcript.
3 – Include a copy of your college entrance examination scores (ACT and/or SAT).
4 – Include a short essay, written by you, outlining your high school/college honors; community, church, and
school activities; your employment history, and future career goals. 
5 – Include one letter of reference from a teacher, counselor, employer, or youth group leader.
6 – Submit your complete application packet via one of the methods outlined below.
