After nearly 17 years of dedicated service, NIPCO’s Senior SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Technician, Don Jennings, is preparing to retire from NIPCO to pursue the passions that have guided his life both on and off the job.

In that report, Southwest Power Pool (SPP)—our regional transmission operator (RTO)—projects to have sufficient generation capacity to meet expected demand under normal winter conditions.

In November, NIPCO recognized seven employees and two Directors who celebrated service anniversaries with the NIPCO organization in 2025.
