NIPCO employees celebrate the approaching high school and college graduations of their children.

NIPCO held its 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Sioux City, Iowa. The event focused on the theme of “Weathering Change,” highlighting how the cooperative’s directors and staff have managed the evolving challenges brought by weather.

Northwest Iowa Power Cooperative held its 2025 Annual Meeting on April 1 at Stoney Creek Hotel in Sioux City, Iowa. Members, directors, and staff gathered to reflect on the past year’s progress and discuss future plans focused on reliability, sustainability, and innovation in energy service. NIPCO has been "Working for Western Iowa" for over 75 years.
